My Dream: A Generation Without Borders

My dream is not only about what I want to become. It is about what I want to help others become.

I dream of a generation of young people who are confident enough to cross borders, courageous enough to share their ideas with the world, and skilled enough to compete anywhere—while remaining proud of who they are and where they come from.

Working closely with university students and young people has taught me something important: talent is everywhere, but opportunity, confidence, and guidance are not. I have met young people with extraordinary potential who sometimes hesitate simply because they lack communication skills, leadership experience, international exposure, or someone who believes in their ability to go further.

I want to change that.

My dream is to create opportunities for young people to develop the soft skills that the modern world demands—communication, leadership, teamwork, adaptability, critical thinking, networking, and intercultural understanding. I want to connect them with international communities, mentors, professionals, and young leaders so that they can see the world not as something distant, but as a place where they belong and can contribute.

But there is another dream very close to my heart: Bangladesh.

I come from a country of more than 170 million people, with a huge young population full of energy, creativity, resilience, and ambition. I want the world to discover this Bangladesh.

I dream of a day when I travel anywhere in the world and say, “I am from Bangladesh,” and people immediately recognize my country—not only by its location on the map, but by the achievements of its people.

I want young Bangladeshis to become global ambassadors through their ideas, innovation, professionalism, entrepreneurship, research, culture, and humanity. I want them to sit confidently at international tables—not merely as participants, but as leaders, partners, innovators, and changemakers.

At the same time, I want to build bridges between Bangladeshi youth and young people from other countries. I believe that when young people meet across cultures, exchange ideas, build friendships, and work together, borders become less important and possibilities become greater.

Perhaps I cannot change the whole world alone. But I can empower young people who may change it.

That is my dream: to empower a generation, connect Bangladesh with the world, and help create a future where young people are prepared not only to find their place in the global community, but to shape it.

And one day, when the world hears the name “Bangladesh,” I want it to recognize a nation of talent, innovation, opportunity, and globally connected young leaders.

That is the future I want to help build.
